Founder & Managing Director: Poké Twins
Founded in 2018, Poké Twins marked the beginning of Yingying's entrepreneurial journey in the F&B industry. Driven by a passion for wholesome, nourishing food, she set out to create a brand that makes healthy eating both accessible and enjoyable.
Today, with three outlets across Johor Bahru, Poké Twins has grown into one of the city's most recognised healthy dining destinations. More than a healthy food brand, it represents Yingying's belief that businesses can create meaningful impact through everyday choices. Through Poké Twins, she continues to advocate for healthier lifestyles while building a brand rooted in purpose, longevity, and genuine value.

Pastry Creations
Since 2022, Yingying has developed a body of over 50 pastry creations, forming an evolving portfolio that reflects both technical precision and a personal culinary approach. As a chef-founder, her practice is rooted in continuous exploration that balances classical pastry foundations with contemporary interpretation, seasonal influence, and a refined sensitivity to flavour, texture, and form.
Each creation is developed with clear attention to detail and intention, from concept development through to final execution. Together, this ongoing body of work represents more than a collection of desserts, but a reflection of craftsmanship, identity, and her approach to modern pastry.
